NO CUSTOMER RESPECT OR SERVICE

My car has been handed in to Car King for repairs after purchasing the vehicle. A two day time frame has been given to us for the repairs on the car hut unfortunately an engine mounting had to be replaced but is on back order. After numerous calls and mesaages left we still had no joy from Car King. We requested a loan vehicle or our vehicle back till January for we only have one vehicle. But still no repsonce from Car King. First reaction that I got from Renirr was that they would have helped me but because I threatened them with Hello Peter he send me a message that due to this fact that they threatened us that they would have helped and that they do not want to deal wit us anymore. My problem. They are closing tomorrow 21/12/2013 and I can not afford not to have a vehicle. But they obviously do not care.
