My car was booked in for repairs in November. There was also a paint warranty claim for the front bumper as previous paint job done (by Renew-It Edenvale) didn't last.
First booking: Repairs were done but the bumper wasn't done. I had to RE-book, at my inconvenience.
Second booking: The car was in for 5 days, nothing was done. I was told to RE-book the following week for a 'quick' bumper change. I then discovered that my left mirror was a different magnification to the right. I called Renew-It only to find out that my original mirror had been broken while at their workshop. No integrity from Renew-It to divulge this me.
Third booking: I was now told that it wouldn't be quick. I'm a sales rep and I need a car to do business. I was told to RE-book for later on in the week when they can supply a courtesy car for me.
Fourth booking: I was called in the morning to be informed that a driver will drop a courtesy car off for me and collect my car. It's now a week later and I'm still waiting for a driver. No service.
I've now called Edgar (manager). It has been two days without MANAGEMENT getting back to me.
