PURCHASE OF A BRAND NEW ETIOS 2013 - POOR QUALITY

What is the procedure regarding the return of the Toyota Etios 1.5 Hatchback that we have purchased on the 01st October 2013, as we are not satisfied with the poor interior quality of this vehicle.
The quality of the workmanship, especially with regards to the interior of the vehicle, is not worth the amount of capital we have laid out on the purchase of this vehicle. We have addressed the issue of the rattle with regards to the air - vent holders. As the plastic of the dashboard is prone to warping, as advised, and poorly designed, this rattle is, with time, going to become substantially worse. On removal of parts of the vehicle, I also noted that the carpeting was of poor quality and extremely thin. Once again we were informed that this is prone to tearing. Due to the fact that we have had the car for such a short period of time, and there are already minor issues, we are extremely concerned about what major issues shall crop up in future, as this vehicle was purchased for long term usage.
The branch wants to postpone the meeting to the middle of January to address our concern and return of the vehicle. The value of the car is depreciating already.
