I live in Cape Town and rented (and paid the deposit) for a Commander Caravan for a three week trip to Botswana.
On the website the specific caravan look fair and of acceptable QUALITY for what we needed.
This was also confirmed by Loftus (the owner) via telephone.
A few days before departure, I had an opportunity to view the caravan - thank goodness I did.
The vehicle represented a serious safety risk to me and my family, and was in a really bad state - open wiring, leaking tent, smooth tyres, dirty wash basins, peeled floor etc. etc. The list is too long..
Keep in mind also that the terms and conditions make this your problem to retrieve the caravan if something went wrong on your trip - READ the TERMS carefully.
Despite offering to fix it, it was clear that this caravan could not be and no alternative caravan was available.
In the end Ngonyama paid back 30% of the deposit to cover their losses - I lost all monies paid in Botswana as I could not find another caravan.
I write this to warn others - stay away from this supplier or rent at your OWN risk. Also read other reviews regarding this supplier.
