I bought a New Polo 16 Comfortline in April, I was told in the beginning that they will give me a 60 000km server plain, I told them I wanted a Maintenance Plain, they said they will change it and gave me the booklet that stats Maintenance Contract.

As I now went for my first Serves, I was told sorry you only have a Server Plain and they will not cover my Window wipers.

So i spoke to the Manager (Elize Ferreira) and showed her my Maintenance Contract booklet, and told her the story, this apparently does not mean anything and the contract state server plain which they did not change.

This is total dishonest, even the Sales agent and the Financial Managers has confirmed that this was a request and they did not change it.

I will take this matter to CPA today.
