POOR SERVICE: STILL WAITING FOR CAR AFTER 3 MONTHS

We took our car (SanteFe 2012) to Hyundai Milnerton for its 1st service (15000km) on the 26th of September 2013. On Sunday the 29th of September the car developed an engine knock on the way to Stellenbosch. The first AA technician said there was "no oil" and that the car has to be transported on a flat bed truck. The 2nd technician said, and wrote on a report sheet - "no oil". The car was taken to Hyundai Milnerton. They told us that they will not replace the engine but it will be fixed. We still have no news on the car up to today. We have phoned them every week since then and dealt with Sandy. The manager Ruan has not once called/responded to the complaint. Sandy keep telling us that they are waiting for spare parts. Today (19/12/13) Sandy told me that the job does not get done because the technicians get taken off the job to service other vechicles. Its been 3 months now.
