This has been dragging on from 22 October 2013 with still NO installation! I have spoken to the HQ and they too have failed to keep me updated with the claim for installation! They got the wrong windscreen the 1st time around when they were going to install! Blaming the VIN nr for the incorrect windscreen.
Over the last few weeks, i have been phoning to find out what the is going on! This past Tuesday 17 Dec 2013, i phoned and was told that they were going to install on Thursday 19 Dec 2013. I reminded them that the vehicle is out on the road for most of the day and that they had to be here by 7 am for the installation to be done! She said that it will not be a problem and yet, today at 9:20 am, still no sign of the mobile unit to install the windscreen! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! NEVER EVER EVER again will i use PG Glass or refer people to them! Time for a slander Facebook page? I am tempted, but not i am not a vindictive person! I just want to get what i have paid for!
