I bought a Viking velocity boat from Suzuki Rustenburg, from the start they said that they would deliver the boat to me in Ellisras, when Thursday the 12 of Desember came I made the final payment and only after the payment they said that there was a delivery fee of R1900. I then let the salesman know that I would come and collect the boat myself, at their shop in Rustenburg me and the salesman agreed that I would go and test the boat on the weekend and if I was not 100% satisfied that Iwould bring the boat back to them and get my money paid back to me in full, as Suzuki Rustenburg has no facilities where we could test the boat. This was said in front of sales people from Suzuki and a friend of mine. On Monday the 16 of December I made contact with Andre van Rooyen at Suzuki and explained to him what my problem was, in which he replied that it was fine for me to bring back the boat and they will fully pay my money back as soon as they have the boat back. The boat was delivered on Teusday 17 December as Monday was a public holiday and Suzuki was only open until 12:00. No problems about the payment was mentioned, until I spoke to Mr. de Jager, when he said im not getting my money back!
