Poor customer service delivery

New sandero stepway purchased - vehicle was promised to be ready for collect on the friday- 5 minutes before arriving (2pm), Hector phoned to say vehicle is not ready... We waited till 6pm at branch (as Hector went home to change for a staff x-mas function shortly after phoning me to tell me the vehicle won't be ready) while Neil tried to assist, only to find out - the contract was nil avoid as Hector didn't include the trade in. Went back 4 days later (after long weekend) at 4.45pm - vehicle still not ready for collection as the branch manager (Yagan) was on leave and he was the one who botched up the invoice, therefore, no new contract had been drawn up. Have to go back tomorrow afternoon now, to re-sign new contract and collect car. So very disappointed - a process which shouldve taken 3 days max has taken a whole week and 1 day :( Very bad impression for first time Renault buyer!! :( and also very disappointed that they would put such inexperienced people at the forefront of their business... Very bad exposure for Renault - and even more sad for the staff members who go the extra mile - thank you Neil for going the extra mile.
