A parcel ordered and paid for overnight delivery, was picked up on thursday, to be delivered on Friday. It is now Monday night and still no parcel. After wasting about R60-00 on airtime, I was told by Bongi that we are not going to get it before at least Tuesday. Then I tried to speak to Pule, the supervisor, which doesn't know what he is saying. I asked him to get me the CEO, he promised to do so, but still not a word from anybody at UTI. I lost money and business because of their incompetence and empty promises. The Bongi woman said we are on an outlying area and does not get overnight service, which nobody tells us. They take the money and smile when you complain. The irony is that the parcel travel through our town to get to the Aliwal north depot. There they put it in a cage and then we must wait till somebody one day decides to travel back on the route it came from. UTI, you will pay me the money I lost, also for all the airtime I used to hold on trying to get my parcel.
