Please be warned against this company, and against Vanessa especially. I have NEVER came across any person that can make so many empty promises with a smile on her face. She requested my money in advance, then failed to arrive to collect my furniture on the day. I had to find and to pay another company on very short notice to at least move half my original load to Cape Town. I had to be out on the day, as the new house occupants were waiting to move in. Then she promised by sms (I have the proof) to move the remaining half of my furniture a week later at no additional charge. My furniture was collected, and within a day after collecting it, the truck somehow ran out of fuel in Pretoria, and I had to pay an additional R 5000 or my furniture would not be delivered in Cape Town. My furniture was 'kidnapped' and held ransom for R 5000. Eventually, on arrival in Cape Town, ( a week later) the truck doors remained locked until I paid the truck driver the R5000 cash. The driver was instructed to drive away with my furniture should I not hand over cash first. Vanessa has since disappeared and refuse to respond on any of my phone calls and requests to rectify the situation. BEWARE!!!
