I was contacted on Wednesday that my card will be delivered. The driver got lost contacted us and we gave him the directions. He did not arrive. On Thursday my card would have been the delivered. I must have phoned about three time enquiring about the delivery of the card. Each time the consultant would get the "driver" to contact me and nothing happened. On Friday I Have been phoning to find out when I can expect delivery. Delivery is only now scheduled for Tuesday, problem is I am already away on holiday... they messed up and then still want to know if they can hold my card till next year? I NEED MY CARD FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!!
