I booked and flights and car rental package via [URL Removed] I picked up the car from King Shaka I was told that the additional driver had to be 25 years and older so I cancelled this part of the deal. Everything went well except when I returned the rental car. A week later I got a surprise from europcar when they deducted an additional R 580.25 from my credit card. They send me an invoice for an Additional driver. Top up fee even though I have proof of filling the car when I took it back and an admin fee which was already paid over to Kulula on paying for the package.
Europcar is a big rip off and cannot even send me proof of Drivers licence copy of the so called second drive
