I took my car in at the exact time of my appointment 8:30 am. I was told that the work would take between 2 and 3 hours. 5 hours later I called they said it would be ready by the time I arrived. I got to pg glass to collect the car only to find they only tinted 2 of the 7 windows. The manager told me it I should wait for 20 minutes and the car will be done. I have been waiting for an hour and still no one has even touched the car since I arrived here. I asked the manager if I should call my driver to collect me he said that wouldn't be necessary. It has been 6 hours since I dropped the car off and an hour since anyone has even touched my car to complete the job.
