Took by BMW to them a week ago with an alternator not charging correctly. Nothing else wrong with the car. After various colourful explanations of what they think the problem was and charging me R1 065 saying the car is fixed. It broke down 1km away from their shop with the same and bigger problems. Subsequently, I have now been told by Frikke that the radiator fan has stopped working and the alternator is still not charging and they "just do not understand what the problem is". Frikkie says they are not responsible for fixing the fan that they broke and will not refund the money they have charged. The car in now un-driveable and has to be collected on a flatbed from them at my own cost and repaired at a reputable dealership... the car drove there, can't drive anywhere else!! They accept NO responsibility and clearly have no clue when it comes to BMW's, don't be caught by their lengthy sales pitch abut all their experience!! I have just instituted legal action and will keep you update.
