MCCARTHY THINUS PIENAAR "principal" is very rude & unprofessional. A photo shoot was done for the marketing of the MCCARTHY branch in silverton. THINUS PIENAAR asked what the cost involved will be for the modelling service & then when asked to rather discuss the situation in person he avoided the topic entirely.
No contract, release or consent forms where signed, expecting it to be acceptable because the "principal" (THINUS PIENAAR) of MCCARTHY should be responsible and professional.
After talking to the photographer that was also very shocked and disappointed, she stated that this was not the first time that it had happened and that they will not be offering there service to THINUS PIENAAR of MCCARTHY anymore because they are a very successful business, not to be associated with this kind of unethical way of doing business.
After trying to talk to him & being very reasonable he got enraged and stated that we should sue him...
