I dropped a delivery at a drop box.in a 3@1 last week Wednesday.4/12/13. It is now Monday the 9th and my parcel has still not reached Cape Town. My package doesn't have to be delivered to an outlying area, it's a major city centre. After dealing with your call centre agents, my package has still not been confirmed as being delivered.
Upon every call, my waybill # did not exist. I left a message with a manager who never returned my.voicemail. Is it common practise not to return phonecalls to customers? It was left on a friday afternoon, but what about monday morning? If I had not called again today where would my parcel be? I did speak with Odelia today, who endeavoured to keep me up to date, but her good service is.overshadowed by the general ineptness of your lack of delivery
It has taken 4 business days and still have no delivery confirmation. You should not promise overnight delivery if you cannot provide it. We are approaching yearend, which is why I chose a private overnight courier... Clearly I would have been better off with ordinary snail mail.
