My mother bought a packet of LAYS CHIPS from Engen service station in Elgin Rd. She went to the car and gave it to my son. He then told her the chips taste funny. She then checked the packet and realised that the chips has gone bad and the mould has started to form on the chips of which the best before date is 13 FEB 2014. She went back into the shop and asked the lady behind the counter for the slip because she didn't give her one. She asked my mother why and she told her the reason. The lady then said with a attitude that she will not give the slip and that she should return the packet and the service station will reimburse her and the manager will claim it back from Simba. This kind of behaviour does not do the name of ENGEN any good.
