Complaint. Renault Pinetown shocking service. 2 Weeks ago my wife approached this branch for a test drive in the top of range Duster, and was given a trade-in value on her Polo. Notwithstanding the fact that absolutely NO followup was done by the salesman Ernest, today I chose to pop into the franchise to get an official quotation on the Duster as we have pre-approval on the financing. I walked up to two Dusters on display on the pavement and was approached by a lady employee who advised me that whilst she was unable to assist me due to her leaving, she would get someone else to attend to me. The car was unlocked so I continued to inspect it. The boot, the interior, the engine bay, and so on. Quite feasibly my DIY tour took about 8 to 10 minutes. Several time I looked back at the shop (only 8 metres away) and not one sales person acknowledged my presence never mind assist me. I then walked up to the front door, standing amongst them, whilst I took down the Sales Manager's cell number. Still no one acknowledged me. I dialled the sales manager, and noticed the gent who had just climbed into a BMW M5 (and who was showing off revving the motor), answer his cell. I told him my name and
