I really experienced bad service from Hendrik Putter a sales executive.
I was interested in purchasing a R400 000 TT Roadster and although it is affordable it's still not some small change lying around and would expect better service.
Trying to negotiate a price and gather a clear understanding regarding a few questions I had on my mind, the feedback was unacceptable, quoting "We have nothing to give away".
The Audi TT price was R400 000 on Surf4Cars and R419 000 if not mistaken on Autotrader December 2012. Today I was enquiring if the vehicle was still available and it seemed that it was.
So they wanted to trade me less than December 2012 obviously as of the new year but the price on the Audi remained the same. As I questioned this hoping for a slight R10 000 discounts or something the feedback was as I quoted. "We have nothing to give away"
I trade my brand new BMW vehicles once a year or at least within every 14 months. We could have built a relationship and they could have sold a few vehicles in the future. There are more than enough dealers to purchase much better and decent vehicles willing to work with me as a client.
