VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!

WE BOUGHT A NEW MAHINDRA SCORPIO DURING 2012 AT MAHINDRA KIMBERLEY. IT IS NOT EVEN ONE YEAR AND I AM EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE. THIS VEHICLE HAS 21 000KM ON THE CLOCK AND IT NEED NEW SHOCKS (2ND TIME) AND ACCORDING TO MAHINDRA KBY (MR JOHAN LIEBENBERG) THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. THE BACK FLAP OF THE BAKKIE IS ALSO BROKEN AND I GOT A QUOTATION FROM A PANELBEATER IN KBY AS ADVICED FROM MAHINDRA - 3 WEEKS BACK I TOOK THE VEHICLE FOR 3 SERVICES BUT NO SERVICE BOOK OR RECORD WAS ISSUED TO ME. AFTER THE LAST SERVICE IN JANUARY 2013 WHEN I GOT THE VEHICLE BACK THE RADIO ANTENNA WAS OFF AND THE VEHICLE WAS STILL VERY VERY DIRTY! THERE ARE OTHER PROBLEMS ON THE VEHICLE THAT I ALSO EXPERIENCE BUT NO FEEDBACK IS GIVEN TO ME BY MAHINDRA KIMBERLEY. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST NEW CAR BUT THIS IS DEFINITELY THE WORST AFTER CARE EXPERIENCE.!
