No respond to mails

I received a letter from Barloworld GS Trust to complete a blue form if I want to sell my shares or the yellow form if I want to keep the shares. I completed the blue form to sell the shares. The letter advised that the money will be transferred into my account on the 30 November 2013, but no money has been transferred to date.

I have send mails requesting what the delay is but to no avail. This kind of service is disgusting, no business of this magnitude should be allowed to let people in the dark as they do.
