Took my Car in for a Quote for Hail damage on Friday afternoon 20131129, waited more than an hour to be assisted, Luwin (Indian Guy) that did the assessment promised to email the quote on the weekend, phoned in on Monday with no response, phoned in on Tuesday been told I'll get the quote on the same day, phoned in on Wednesday asked to speak to the Branch manager for assistants, he's very professional response was:
" If I feel I should go elsewhere then I should do just that".
