I hereby ask for a refund as Dreamz Logistics failed to meet their end of the bargain.
I booked a 2.4 ton truck and 1.5 ton trailer to move on 1 December 2013 at 8am. I called the company at 7:30 to check if the truck is on its way. I was then told that I am scheduled for 10:30 and should contact the Operations controller (Jumesh). I spoke to the guy numerous times and he was telling me after lie. He said the truck was offloading in Midrand, I explained to the guy that my tenant will be moving in at 12 so my goods need to be out by then, but clearly Jumesh did not care.
My husband then called Jumesh and ask him to bring the mode of transport which he had so we can start moving the goods, he told us he has a bakkie and is looking for a spanner to remove the canopy. He came at 12:30 with an NP200 bakkie... How am I supposed to move with something so small whereas i asked for a 2.4 ton. We told him we will look for another truck but he has to pay them, he refused to pay because he is not authorised to.
Jumesh went back to JHB and we got another truck (another logistics company), so we incurred costs as he refused to pay.
So I ask for my money back as
