The last couple of times I have used Nite Owls I have been incredibly disappointed. The first I was simply not collected at all. And the second, after requesting a femal driver, I was collected an hour and a half late (my function had ended) and I was collected by 2 men. You pay alot up front for this service, thinking that you are being responsible and not drinking and driving, and then you get let down!
