Ford Ranger engine blow-up

I bought a brand new Ford Ranger D/C Hi Rider XLT Automatic in 2012 and at first I thought this was the best bakkie I have bought. I work in the cleaning industry and therefor only drive bakkies. Just before 60 000km I saw something coming from the bonnet drove to the nearest Ford dealer which was Action Ford. Being winter time then i realised that my heater inside the car was not heating up. When I got to Action Ford Roodepoort the mechanic had a look and said that there was a tear in the pipe, pipe was replaced and a service was on the vehicle. At 67000km I was driving from JHB to the Vaal on the highway, as I stop at Grasmere Plaza to pay the toll my car cut out and would not start again. I managed to get my vehicle to Action Ford Roodepoort and informed me, after hours of waiting and following up inside the dealership myself, the Ford Ranger has overheated and blew the motor. No warning lights ever appeared. Due to the bad service I received from Action Ford Roodepoort I decided to move my Ford Ranger to Steyns Auto in Pta whom i bought my vehicle from. My engine is nou being replace, but the warranty only pays R10000.00 of R48000.00.
