I purchased a Mercedes Benz from Mccarthy Pre-owned Midrand on the 12th November 2013 after trading-in my old vehicle and settling the balance in cash. To date I have not received the vehicles registration papers. The sales manager tells me that the Merc's papers are with the bank and have not been released yet as it was part of a deceased estate. This does not make sense to me, how could they have sold a vehicle for which they don't have NATIS documents for?
