We purchased a new Volvo XC60 Elite Pack June 2013 for my wife. The vehicle went to Volvo Centurion for it's 1st service. Last week my wife took her vehicle to have the tyres rotated and balanced but the staff at Tyger Wheel informed her that the wheel's lock nuts tool is missing and they cannot get the wheels of. I drove to Lazarus where the vehicle was purchased and they closed down. I went to Volvo Midrand and Volvo Bryanston only to be told they cannot assist. This is pathetic as my they don't even take responsibility. Why buy a new Volvo if you end up with excuses? My wife drives more than 100km daily and should she get a flat tyre she wont be able to have the spare wheel fitted. Volvo will have to take responsibility and get this resolved.
