I'd like to compliment, Jane Govender at Barloworld GM Johannesburg, for the excellent service she provided me. Jane helped me to sort issues out my vehicle 1st. when I discovered that the head lights stopped functioning. 2nd. when my vehicle was brought in again and it was discovered that the motor had no compression.
Jane managed the above incidents with great care and professionalism and insured that the above incidents are resolved:
1st: By insuring that the faulty head light mechanism in my vehicle is replaced.
2nd: By arranging a fitment of a band new engine into my vehicle.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Barloworld GM Johannesburg. However, Jane's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
She was able to provide with constant updates on the status of my vehicle and also insured that I have alternate transport by offering a courtesy vehicle.
