Good day,

We want to buy a new car and phoned this branch as they are the closest to our house (13 November). They immediately said that they will be able to assist us but we will only receive the car in the middle of December, which we did not have a problem with. We went to the branch on 14 November, looked at the car and requested Sam to go ahead. He informed us that we need to pay a deposit of R2, 000.00 to secure our order. Deposit was paid on 14 November 2013. The next day he informed us that we will receive the car the next week as it is at the Rosslyn branch. On 22 November we have not received the car and then the excuses started, only for us to find our from the Branch manager that the car was not even on its way or at the Rosslyn branch. We then requested them to stop the transaction as we don't deal with people who to us. Now we are struggling to get our deposit out of them. It is today the 28 November 2013, and again we are receiving excuses why they cannot pay us our deposit back. I cannot believe that Renault still make use of cheques? I don't believe that is true.!!! I will never recommend anybody to buy a car from that branch.
