I hired a care from tempest (from 18th -25th Nov), and specified the need for a car seat (for an toddler).
When I arrived in Cape Town, our car was not fitted with a seat. The seat we were given was for a Baby.
I asked the assistant for a proper seat, to which he replied those were the only seats he had.
After insisting on a proper seat, as I originally requested, the same assistant comes back with a toddler seat.
Hot and annoyed we left. We fitted seat, only to realise that the straps did not work.
I call Tempest and complained. I was promised that a seat would be delivered to my resort on Wednesday (20th Nov) evening at 6pm.
NO seat was delivered.
I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of service we received from Tempest.
