CAR BOUGHT WITHOUT BEING SERVICED

I bought a Hyundai Tuscon from Hyundai Boksburg in March 2012 and the vehicle had about 118 000 kilo meters. The vehicle was never serviced before they sold same to me. We never received a service book and also struggled to obtain the license disc but eventually we received the disc but no service book. Currently the vehicle is standing at about 132 000 kilo meters. Two and a half weeks ago the engine seized on us. In order for the Manufacturing warranty to be valid (same is up until 150 000 kilo meters) the vehicle was suppose to be serviced on 120 000 kilo meters. This was not declared to us by anyone. I have a SA Waranties policy for the engine and gearbox and that policy can only be activated when the vehicle reached 150 000. They will consider activating the policy if the manufacturer gives them a good reason. To today it has been another 5 working days waiting on SA Waranties and Hyundai. I request feedback daily via email. We are borrowing a vehicle from family we have to return the car very soon to them and then we will have no vehicle for the holidays.
