My boyfriend organized a rental car from Europcar so that I can drive myself and our baby home from the airport. We were supposed to land at 16:30 but the plane had mechanical difficulties and we were delayed 2 and a half hours. It was raining when we landed at 19:00. We went to Europcar to get the car and was told that the deposit is R6000, I don't have that kind of money and my boyfriend never asked about a deposit, so my baby and I were stranded. I said we would walk home in the rain at night from george airport all the way to knysna, I walked out and started crying. The guy ran after me and said they would really like to get my baby and I home safe and worked something out for me. Thank you so much!! My baby and I got home safe last night and my first car rental exprerience was amazing!!
