A few months ago I renewed my membership when I received a letter and renewal form from the AA. Included was a section to complete for a R100 voucher at Wheel and Tyre or other tyre fitment centre, provided that I renew my membership before a certain date. It stated that the AA will send a voucher via email once the form is received. My membership is renewed and I was promised by phone that I would receive the voucher but still nothing. I receive all the AA newsletters so my email address is correct. I hate it when I'm offered something and it never comes to light despite having queried it. I feel like the fool!!!
