I purchased a Korando SsangYong from AMH in Pinetown and my vehicle six months after purchase (24000km on the clock) has a fault. The vehicle was towed to the dealership where I purchased it and I had to catch a flight and rental car in Carletonville. I was called today to be informed that the Mahindra now has the agency but sorry no one in Durban wants to help me - Mahindra Umhlali is prepared to look at it. WHat the heck? I left 2 messages for a service rep from Mahindra to call me _ still no answer. And at 5pm was placed on hold and eventually cut off. Immediately this needs to be sorted. I dont care who what or where gets my car sorted. I am a rep on the road and my work depends on me being mobile. I need a similar loan car in the meantime. There are no if's and's or but's about this.!!!
