I recently bought a car from lexus (Hasn't even been a month) i was told that the next service on the car was due in 10000kms after driving the car for 1500kms the service reminder comes on. Lexus clearly to me and probably tampered with the service history of the car.
I also had issue with the window mechanism and battery which was fixed after the car had been with them for a week and a half and the car was returned to me with scratches and also a worn out spare tyre.
lexus refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing on their part and have implied that its my doing!
Kindly forward me the details of the GM of Lexus SA, as i would like him to hear my case and the cases of the 23 other complaints on this site!
