Debbie Smith in you call centre is definitely one of the most rudest people I have ever come across. Not only did she dropped the phone in my ears 4 - 5 times when she hears its me, she even!
Regarding my parcel that's not delivered on time, she said I must speak to a special agent, but she has to take down my details because the special agent left her desk, when I phoned again I spoke to Linda and she said yes she is working with Debbie Smith but the special agent is in the Cape Town Branch and she is sorry for the bad experience I had with Debbie.
I want to report her as she wasted bout 20 min of my day last week Friday, she is beyond rude!! I will never deal with FedEx again. And as I see on the reports here lots of people feel the same way I do!!!
