In August 2013 I ordered gift from Boardmans for Bridal couple and asked delivery on 04 Oct. they used Skynet, but the groom never received gift. Delivery was to be to SS Quantity Surveyors, Brooklyn Place North Wing, 266 Bronkhorst Str, Cnr Dey and Bronkhorst St, Nieuw Muckleneuk, Mr Ryno Nortje. Delivery was made and signed for by a Barbara on 04th Oct. No contact details, no Barbara at SS Quantity Surveyors. What the happened to my package? Waybill SWE00134745 was emailed to me by Barry (Bheki Thela) on Sat, 15 November. I asked him for contact details, he read my email, but failed to respond. I would like to know where this package was delivered, why the signatory's contact details are not on the waybill. If Skynet can not provide these details, I need them to refund the cost of this gift. What is going on here???
