On the 12 November 2013 I placed an order with Avon cosmetics. When I called Avon to track my parcel on 22 November 2013 I was advised that fast & furious couriers delivered on 19 November 2013. The person who signed for the parcel wrote my name on the POD. Firstly I'm a full time nanny taking care of 3 kids, 2 infants and 1 toddler. I'm always at home and noone else stays with me. Previously i would recieve an sms when they come to deliver, now i don't and their driver delivered to an incorrect address for the second time this year. I don't understand how one can deliver to a wrong address.
