I wish to commend Imperial Select Multi Franchise Edenvale for the awesome service.
I recently purchased a vehicle from them, it emerged that there was an issue with the aircon. Marius Coetzee, the manager arranged for my car to go in for an assessment and made sure I had a loan car. The parts where ordered and I was contacted when they arrived. He then sent a driver to collect my vehicle and left me with a loan car again.
From the moment I bought the car Wilma Marais was there to assist, her service was amazing. She always called me back when she promised and handled all my complaints efficiently.
My car was returned to me with everything having been fixed.
Well done guys!! Its nice to be able to deal with dealers who honour their word and take pride in their service.
