I took my car for service on 17 October 2013 to Car Service City, left it there in the morning. Kevin from there called around 11am to inform me that my water pump, front brake discs, front brake pads sets and brake light globes all need to be replaced. I agreed with him and he provided a quote telephonically. Around 4pm I called Kevin to find out if my car was ready, he claimed his supplier had delivered the wrong brake pads and that he was now waiting for the supplier to re-deliver new one. I called again 30 mins later, Kevin claimed his supplier was on his way;eventually at 5pm they sent a driver to pick me up from work. I waited there at the workshop, only left to go home around 18:30 after they finished installing the brake pads. On my way home, the brakes were still making noise--I informed Kevin the next day. took the car back for them to fix the brakes, nothing changed. took the car back the 2nd time, still brakes make noise and Kevin together with his mechanics now have a stinking attitude towards me, Kevin even said he wont pay for my breaks! At times my brake warning light flashes on my car--did tell Kevin about this. I want the brake discs and pads to be replaced/my money back.
