My Mazda MX5 was broken into and part of the damage was the passenger door glass. PG GLASS assured me they would order it - even after I told them parts for this classic car were obsolete - and replace within seven weeks. The first time - they had managed to order the wrong glass (7 weeks later), how I don't know as there is only ONE model of a 1991 MX5. The second time they AGAIN ordered the wrong glass (14 weeks later) and even tho I was angry and demanded a courtesy car - I eventually overlooked the fault and agreed to be patient and wait yet another 7 weeks (now 14 weeks). They then receive the glass only to inform me that it is (now the third time!) the wrong glass AGAIN. I mean that level of competency and LACK of expertise where they cannot get something as SIMPLE as that right - really is beyond disgusting and can only be described as utterly useless and pathetic. How PG GLASS have allowed their brand to be tainted by such a bunch of blithering buffoons who CLEARLY have absolutely NO IDEA of what they are doing - is astonishing! I have informed these they will be hearing form an attorney as I take this further and hold them responsible for lack of income.
