UPS dont send invoices then suspend account

UPS what a joke.
For months we have raised the fact that we not geting invocies or statements.
we have begged for invoices yet they dont come
we have done this on email BUT UPS bounces all our emails. (for collections and for any issues we need to raise) This has been raised for last 6 months to the point where we are asked to cc yahoo accounts to email ups.

Further UPS have buggered up on most shipments over billing and incorrectly billing.

This plus not emailing invoices makes it impossible to pay when one does not know.

NOW today we are told "your credit facility" has been revoked. claiming UPS has asked for payment several times.
No proof of this claim has been supplied.

This coupled with the fact account was paid on 1 October for the August invoices finally received.
since then nothing else was received hence no responsible company can make payment without being presented an invoice.

I call UPS and are ignored as usual.

UPS cancel clients who dare point out their incompetence and deliberately don't send you invoices as an excuse to cancel your account.
