I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from Nissan Milnerton. My husband and I dealt with Carl Thiele who very kindly assisted us with our enquiry on a brand new 7 seater Nissan van. I called him on Monday 11 November to say the 7 seater wouldnt work for me and needed something bigger. He arranged to bring a 10 seater Nissan van for me to test drive on Tuesday 12 November after work and would also valuate my current vehicle. He did not keep his appointment with me, no phone call either. I had to call him on Wednesday morning to ask him where he was and was told he was sick. He then arranged to make another appointment with me for later that afternoon for 4.30pm, I got a phone call from Liam after 3pm to say that the 4.30pm appointment would not be possible and he would clear his schedule for Thursday after 6pm. (today 14 November) He said he will call to confirm his appointment. Well needless to say it is now 7.47pm and he has not kept his appointment or called to confirm either way, Twice in one week from two different people at the same branch, absolutely unacceptable! I am shocked that potential customers are treated in this way! I demand an apology!
