On 28 Oct 2013 I phone Bike Zone to order a part for my bike< the lady told me she will look and phone me back, on the 30 Oct 2013 I phone them again to ask why they didn't phone me and she told me she will order the part right away and it will be here on the 06 Nov 2013 she will phone me to bring the bike to them, the 6 Nov 2013 came and no call from them I phone them and ask what now she told me they are busy, then I spoke to the manager and he say he will fix it right away and I waited again that was 9h00 the morning he pitched up round about 12h00 he try to fix it and said he must take it to the shop, I agree and tell him to quot first and he say he will phone me for the quota on the 6 Nov 2013 and nothing happen, to day the12 Nov 13 I phone the and ask where is the quota and they said they did not do any thing on my bike and will see if they can look to do it today before they close. this is bad service and I will never buy a bike from them again.
