Told me the job would be less than it was, got a nasty surprise when i picked my car up and it was almost R800 more than i was quoted telephonically.
Bad job, bad attitude, no apologies. Sent an email to E-car;s head office complaining, received no response. A DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE. I will never return or refer business. Bad business practice. IF you want a bad experience, then use E-car!
