What did they do?

I sent my Toyota Corolla 1.4 in for a 45000kms service at Witbank Toyota last week Wednesday. When i received the car back that afternoon i checked the car when i got home the air filter was not changed and the same for the spark plugs (not sure if it is part of the schedule) and the oil still looked the same as it was "DIRTY" and the oil filter was not changed. My concern is that this car is still under warranty at least i received an awesome curtsy car for the day. Upon receiving my car it was very clean and the engine was cleaned also but i would like some answers as to how the dealer service works and are any over inspections done it is the little things that matter after all. I did receive a call from a lady asking me about the service and i did raise my concerns but i still have not received any feedback.
