DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

MY POLO VIVO WAS TAKEN FOR A SERVICE TO BARONS VW ON THE BLUFF, DURBAN ON 2 NOVEMBER FOR THE MUCH PUBLICISED ONE HOUR SERVICE. I WAS TOLD TO RETURN ON WEDNESDAY, 6 NOVEMBER AS THERE WAS A MISFIRE ON IDLE.
POLO WAS LEFT AT BARONS ON WEDNESDAY AND I WAS ADVISED THE CYLINDER HEAD WILL BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. THE CYLINDER HEAD WAS REPLACED ONLY TO FIND THEREAFTER THE POLO WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A R20 000, 00 REPAIR AND WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT IN CASH. IT WAS FURTHER REDUCED TO R17 000.00.
I WAS GIVEN INCORRECT INFORMATION AND SHOULD NOT BE PREJUDICED BY THIS.
I REFUSED TO PAY AND WAS ADVISED THE OLD CYLINDER HEAD WILL BE REFITTED.
THIS IS REALLY DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT THE CAR FOR 4 DAYS AND THE ISSUE HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
