It seems that CCD just cannot stay out of the headlines. I was phoned on 6 Nov to be told that one of my FNB cards would be delivered, I responded by telling the agent that both FNB Cards are with them as I have recieved sms's to say that both cards are with CCD, upon checking they verified that both cards were there and that BOTH would be delivered on Friday 8 Nov between 9 and 10am.
It seems in true fashion, according to other reports on this site, they arrived with only one card today 8 Nov, I then phone up CCD to enquire about the other card to be told that the credit card had been delivered on the 6 Nov, but to who they do not know, now there is a secure delivery service for you.
I was then told that I would get a call back to be told where the other card was and when this issue would be resolved, and also true to their reputation I am still waiting for that call. Service Delivery 0/10, Call Centre response 3/10, they did answer the phone at least. So anyone out there with a Credit Card that does not belong to them pls call me I will fetch it, probably the safer route.
