Can someone explain to me why it is so difficult to communicate clearly in terms of your schedule of delivery. I spoken to a lady at CCD yesterday who informed me that my FNB Private Client card would be delivered between 9-11 on 8 Nov 13 (you can check your voice recording). I moved meetings around to make sure I am free at this time. At 11am I called the call centre to enquire as to where the driver was. I was told by Nomfundo that the card was scheduled to be delivered between 12.00 -14.00. She will follow up and call me back. (no surprise, I havent received any feedback). Please take note that time costs money in this day and age. I need to know what the is going on. You have many complaints on this website, I cannot understand how you are still in business???
